We’re pleased to announce that entrepreneur, leadership coach, writer and cross bench peer, Victor Adebowale has joined TGRG Talent.
A prominent figure in the world of social enterprise, Victor is the founder and Chair of the social consultancy Collaborate CIC and Visionable, a ground-breaking health technology company. He has led multiple large-scale national organisations, including Turning Point, a prominent social enterprise that delivers health and social care services to approximately 100,000 individuals every year.
Victor has also chaired numerous high-profile commission reports on issues such as policing, employment, mental health, housing, and fairness. His work with The London Fairness Commission, the Metropolitan Police, and various government bodies has influenced policy and sparked important conversations around equity, change and justice. His exceptional service to the unemployed and homeless earned him a CBE, and in 2001, he was appointed a crossbench peer.
Victor often appears on radio and television featuring on popular programmes including BBC’s Question Time and Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs.
